This is our entry level challenge and great for everyone and anyone. It’s focused on getting you out of the house every single day for the month of your choosing. It's also great for a mental health boost or for those struggling to find the motivation to get out and about. Remember you can run or walk your challenge. It’s also a great starter for those who want to start running.
Ideal for those looking to improve their running or those who want to get into the habit of taking a regular brisk walk. Make no mistake that if you opt to run this one, it will still be a great challenge to achieve it every day.
This distance is recognised as commonplace for regular runners and fitness enthusiasts. Depending on your fitness level this is likely to take you between 20 minutes and 60 minutes to complete. Doing the distance on this one every day is a tough ask for even the most fanatic of runners, so don’t take this challenge on lightly!
By far the most gruelling RUNADAY endeavour out there. Doing 10k a day is achievable, but we’d suggest alternating your running and walking days to help get yourself over the line! Make no mistake, this is a toughie!
You’ll receive daily e-mails from us with useful insights and advice on how to successfully complete your challenge! We also hope to be your very own motivational force!
Your very own RUNADAY completer's medal, with the year of your Challenge and your chosen distance and month.

RUNADAY was conceptualised by the team in early 2021, when we were all looking for ways to motivate ourselves to leave the house safely during the UK’s COVID Lockdown Three. It’s a challenge that one of the team did back in December 2019 and again in December 2020, with another member taking it on in January 2021.
There’s no doubt that it’s great for your mental and physical health to take a walk or run everyday and we want to encourage others to get outside, pop your runners on and take to the streets, woods or paths near you! Remember you can do it with a friend too.
Our challenges are for everyone, from fitness fanatics, to those looking to lose some timber and even those who just need a motivation to get out of the house once a day. All you need to do is find your distance, pick your month and our daily e-mails will help push you along the way! You may even want to pick a friend to join you too.
"There’s no doubt that it’s great for your mental and physical health to take a walk or run everyday."
10% of all Challenger fees will be going to our chosen charities and we’ll be working with different organisations each month from early 2021 to spread their message and raise funds for the great work that they do! If you’re a charity keen to work with RUNADAY then drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org as we’d love to hear from you!
