RUNADAY was conceptualised by the team in early 2021, when we were all looking for ways to motivate ourselves to leave the house safely during the UK’s COVID Lockdown Three. It’s a challenge that one of the team did back in December 2019 and again in December 2020, with another member taking it on in January 2021.

There’s no doubt that it’s great for your mental and physical health to take a walk or run everyday and we want to encourage others to get outside, pop your runners on and take to the streets, woods or paths near you! Remember you can do it with a friend too.

Our challenges are for everyone, from fitness fanatics, to those looking to lose some timber and even those who just need a motivation to get out of the house once a day. All you need to do is find your distance, pick your month and our daily e-mails will help push you along the way! You may even want to pick a friend to join you too.

10% of all Challenger fees will be going to our chosen charities and we’ll be working with different organisations each month from early 2021 to spread their message and raise funds for the great work that they do!
